National Mental Health Awareness Forum at Hotel de ville, Curepipe

f Le Rotary Club Le Réduit, aux côtés de plusieurs Rotary clubs de l'île Maurice, a participé à une initiative nationale de sensibilisation à la santé mentale. En tant que personnes d'action, l'objectif du club en participant à ce forum sur la santé mentale était d'aider à créer un environnement de soutien pour aider les personnes luttant en silence à trouver des solutions.

L'événement a commencé par une marche du Collège Royal de Curepipe à l'Hôtel de Ville. Il y avait plusieurs stands disponibles pour aider le public, par exemple des coachs holistiques, la présence de psychologues, de musicothérapeutes, d'experts en Reiki, en Vaastu et en nutrition, entre autres. L'action a été un succès sous la coordination experte du Rotarien Nitish Sunt en collaboration avec Artemis hospital et la Psychiatre Nirja Beehuspoteea.

e Rotary Club Le Réduit, alongside multiple Rotary clubs in Mauritius, participated in a national initiative to raise awareness about mental health. Being People of Action, the club’s aim for participating in this mental health forum was to help create a supportive environment to help people struggling in silence find solutions.

The event started with a walk from the Royal College of Curepipe to l’Hôtel de Ville. There were various stalls available to help the public, for example, holistic coaches, the presence of psychologists, music therapists, Reiki, Vaastu, and Nutrition experts, amongst others. The project was a success under the expert coordination of Rotarian Nitish Sunt in collaboration with Artemis hospital and Psychiatrist Nirja Beehuspoteea.
