Medical Screening at Mauritius Gymkhana Club

[En] On the occasion of World Food day and upon the invitation of Mauritius Gymkhana Club,135 persons had free medical screening at Gymkhana Club at the initiative of Rotary Club Le Réduit and under the leadership of Charter member Hans and special thanks to Director of Projects Ruben .

Participants were screened for cardiac diseases(ECG),Renal and liver function tests as well as for anaemia and diabetes. A live demo for CPR was carried out and participants were instructed by Dr Sundar on how to conduct the process throughout the day.

Free Counselling and consultation were provided by doctors throughout the day. A big thanks to the health personnel team and all the volunteers. [Fr] A l'occasion de la journée mondiale de l'alimentation et à l'invitation du Mauritius Gymkhana Club, 135 personnes ont eu un examen médical gratuit au Gymkhana Club à l'initiative du Rotary Club Le Réduit et sous la direction du membre fondateur Hans et un merci spécial au Director des Projets Ruben. Les participants ont été dépistés pour les maladies cardiaques (ECG), les tests de la fonction rénale et hépatique ainsi que pour l'anémie et le diabète.

Une démonstration en direct de la RCP a été réalisée et les participants ont été informés par le Dr Sundar sur la manière de mener le processus tout au long de la journée. Des conseils et des consultations gratuits ont été dispensés par des médecins tout au long de la journée. Un grand merci à l'équipe du personnel de santé et à tous les bénévoles.
